Flowers by Alexis understands that we are in the middle of a pandemic and life is uncertain. At this time we offering full refunds on all events when canceling 2 weeks before your event date. Flower orders are placed with the wholesaler two weeks prior to clients event. If you do not cancel two weeks prior to your event date, then no refunds will be issued because flowers will already have been bought.
